When we first arrived we were blown away! The house was unbelievable. So modern and futuristic. The house was in very good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach or 2 mins to the good shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe here. There staff were amazing. It was the best Bali trip ever. I would definitely come back and stay again!Patrick

The experience was delightful for myself and 8 other guests. Beautifully and tastefully decorated + Super spacious. There are 4 bedrooms with ensuite Bathroom and the TV room can be converted to a bedroom when there are more guests. Saachi and his team ( house staff and security ) are very responsive and helpful. Everything from booking to checking out was easy and efficient. They provided us with a lot of useful information before we arrived and also a very handy folder with local information+ recommendations. Breakfast (choice of continental and/or Indonesian) is relaxing with a great view of the pool and the serene surrounding draped with morning sun. I could just stay in the villa all day and be contented! It is also within walking distance to Seminyak centre (restaurants, cafes, bar and shopping) and the beach. Be aware of the narrow lanes when you hire local transport that they had the right vehicles. We hired two 6-seaters and it was ok. If in doubt check with Saachi and team , they can help with arrangements (if required). Definitely great value for money and will come back again ! Thanks Saachi and team!Kh

We stayed in villa H2O over christmas and new year and had a fantastic time! The villa is located very comfortably in a quiet spot. We were 2 families with teenagers and would fully recommend the villa! Heini

What an ideal place to be for myself and the 4 other accompanying guests. Everything from the pictures are on point, the master bed and bath is the place to be! While being so spacious, the central area at the kitchen was just as comfortable and inviting, this is where most of our time was spent when not out and about. The staff was quite helpful in securing whatever was needed for the day (cars, laundry, boat rentals, etc…) and the breakfast every morning was a delight as well as strong coffee needed for the NYers with us. I highly recommend anyone coming to visit Seminyak in Bali to stay here. Thanks to Saachi and his Mom, we had a great holiday and look forward to visiting again! Matt

Beautiful place to stay in bali with fantastic rooms, pools, personal butler, and view! saachi has very efficient in replying all questions. We were having issues however with the waters, for whatever reasons the pipe kept getting block and we can’t shower for a bit, luckly the security person able to help, but to pay $1000+ a night, I would think this sort of issues should not have occurred. Please note that you have to walk 3-5 min to get out of the complex, normal cars able to fit into the alley, so don’t even think about hiring vans. but great experience in knowing your neighbourhood!! :)Leonard

Saachi and his mum Fiona were gracious hosts, and were easy to communicate with. The villa is nice and spacious, the location is excellent (5m walk from Seminyak centre) and the staff are very friendly. The only downfall are the mosquitos due to the bushy surroundings of the villa. Our family was almost eaten alive by them. Anti-insect sprays and electric mosquito rackets are provided for in each room but were unfortunately not very helpful.Jennie

Villa is in a very nice location, 4 minutes walk to Bintang supermarket and the street where there are a lot of shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House staff and security guard are very friendly and helpful. Saachi is a great host and very responsive in answering emails. I would like to come back again! Jinghua

This villa was amazing. 5 of us stayed but we could of easily accommodated more as there was plenty of room. Iloh was fantastic, great breakfast everyday for us all and it was not a problem for her to organise our transport and a scooter rental was brought right to the door. It was a quick walk to the centre of Seminyak with the supermarket and plenty of restaurants and shopping. After staying here I will not be able to stay anywhere else when travelling to bali.Jessica

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I’ve been to Bali about 5 times and this is the only place I ever want to stay. The design is sleek and clean but you still feel like you’re in Bali. So beautiful and open. It’s also close to everything. My only complaint is how difficult it is to go back home after spending time here. MosesMoses
